Infrastructure

Our 16 units are well equipped to produce a wide range of products comprising of bathmats, rugs, carpets, throws/blankets, cushions, decorative pillows, curtains, kitchen and dining textiles.

Our units are vertically integrated and spread over a factory area, inclusive of storage of raw material, dyeing and manufacturing facilities, packaging and material handling space, of more than 1.6 million sq.ft.  (approximately 149,000 sq.m.).  These production facilities are equipped with handlooms, pit-looms, punja looms, frame-looms, power-looms, braiding machines, bathmats tufting machines, computerised and manual embroidery set-up.  We have an in-house dyeing capacity of approximately 40000 kg per day.

These facilities have been audited by large-scale retailers, independent agencies and certified by international standards both socially and technically. The units have a 24 hours power back up and are well connected through high - speed Internet across the facilities. Soon our facilities will be interconnected on fiber optics (another first in our industry).
